This charming B&B is conveniently located just a stone's throw away from the train station, making it easy to explore the beautiful surrounding areas. the rooms are comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated. the hosts go above and beyond to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere, treating guests like family. the breakfasts are absolutely delicious, with a range of tasty options to choose from.
It would be beneficial to have more facilities and room advantages available.

Breakfast was GREAT and the bed was comfortable. A train station was near to the entrance. Only 200 meters to mercat cross.

We recently had a city break and stayed at a lovely B&B in Scotland. the hosts were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the room was beautifully decorated and very clean, with a large TV and great tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from and served in a lovely dining room with stunning garden views. the location was perfect, situated very close to a train station making it easy to explore the city without any hassle. Lastly, the off-street parking was a bonus for us as we had a rented car.
There really wasn't much to dislike about this place. If I had to nitpick, I would say that the bathroom was a bit small.

The couple running the were very welcoming and provided great service. The breakfasts were especially delicious with homemade jams and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. The room was cozy and clean with a comfortable bed, making it perfect for our romantic escape.
The room was a bit small and lacked some amenities, such as a full-length mirror and a proper wardrobe. The B&B was located on a busy street, so there was some noise from the traffic.
